Selling cakes arrangements shown here are indicative. We do our best to give better result than shown.
It may be possible that actual arrangement varies due to availability of Decorative ingredients for Cake, Flowers, soft toys.
If ordered, we shall deliver Nearest to similar available cake / Flowers / soft toys or Birthday Items,
Delivery schedule varies or may differ depending on the traffic situation or acts of nature
In case ofcakes, flowers & Birthday Items (all being perishable products) if the receiver or any representative is not available at the time of delivery,
we shall take the order as delivered.
However we always try to take an appointment over phone before delivery. In case the phone is unanswered, we don’t
dispatch the goods
Gift items like Chocolates, decorations and Party Popper etc. are normally dispatched as add on product with Cake.
We do not deliver cakes made on the same day if
delivery schedule is before 11:00 AM.
Delivery of certain items may not be possible under certain uncontrollable circumstances. However, you always have a right to get 100%
refund of your money.
No claim of whatsoever
nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made.
All such claims if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery /non delivery.
The Owners of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of local Court only in the city of LUCKNOW.
PRICES
Good Bakery has reserve the right to raise or lower prices without prior notice subject to market conditions.
SIZES OF PRODUCTS AND DISPLAY FEATURES
All of our products shown on our website are approximate sizes. Due to the nature of sizes may vary slightly.
All of the measurements used are as realistic as we can be and under no circumstances exaggerated.
All of our style displayed are single dimensional and it may not capture the proper depth of the item.
Please take this into consideration when ordering.
COLORS OF PRODUCTS
Colors of products may vary slightly because every computer monitor has a different pixel display. We,
Good Bakery use hi-res photos to display all of our products so if there may be a minor variation in color it will be negligible.
The photographs are for the representation purposes only the actual product may differ from the photograph.
AVAILABILITY OF FRUITS SHOWN AND PACKAGING
Usage of fruits are depending upon their availability. Sometimes due to shortage or unavailability of the
Gift Packs Products will be packed in Good Bakery’s Standard Gift Box.
FRESHNESS
We use only fresh ingredients in our kitchen such as
butter, sugar, flour and eggs from a local farm, whenever possible.
Each item are made from scratch, branded premixes, baked and/or decorated just prior to shipping.
This assures that your order arrives as fresh as possible.
